A WORD FROM THE PASTOR
I want to thank you for visiting our web site. I pray there is something here that will encourage you to attend church regularly. Regular church attendance builds us up spiritually. It increases our knowledge and understanding of God.
Our motto at Cooper Chapel is “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness” (Matthew 6:33)
I encourage you to set aside ample uninterrupted time daily for prayer and bible study. These along with regular church attendance are good habits to form.
A scripture a day keeps the devil away.
At Cooper Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church we love our neighbors as ourselves as instructed by Jesus the Christ. May we see you soon.
All His Blessings,
Rev. Billy C. Counter
